Purklenz ships all deliveries from our Warehouse in Brampton Ontario.
Order Processing Time: Orders are processed 1~3 days after it’s fulfilled and full payment has been received. If no one is available at your delivery address at the time the item is being delivered, a notification will be left for you so you can rearrange the delivery.

Note: We do not deliver to PO Boxes or process orders on weekends.
During holiday periods, additional processing time may be required including: the Friday after Thanksgiving, the week of Cyber-Monday, the first week of December, Mondays during December, December 12th-25th and New Year’s Eve.
